Jonathan M. Herman
Comfortable before a jury and equally at ease in the boardroom, Jonathan M. Herman is a seasoned lawyer who has spent most of his legal career representing large health insurers, plan administrators, and self funded health plans in managed care disputes, often arising under the provisions of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”).
