Charles (Chuck) Hill

Chuck practices in managed-care litigation, provider contracting, and regulatory compliance. Having previously represented clients in state and federal court concerning matters as diverse as probate, civil rights, employment claims, and property/casualty insurance, Chuck brings a breadth of experience to his practice. In his previous career, Chuck worked as a web developer of healthcare systems for IBM Watson Health. In this capacity, he contributed to systems promoting patient reengagement and provider participation in CMS’s pay-for-performance system (PQRS).

Chuck has also served for almost five years as either a law clerk or staff attorney on the Courts of Appeals for the Second and Fifth Districts of Texas. While there, Chuck discovered a passion for appellate analysis and writing. He finds managed-care litigation a perfect venue in which to ply his craft.
