Charles W. “Chuck” Hill

Senior Counsel

Chuck practices in managed care litigation, provider contracting, and regulatory compliance. Having previously represented clients in state and federal court concerning matters as diverse as probate, civil rights, employment claims, and property/casualty insurance, Chuck brings a breadth of experience to his practice. In his previous career, Chuck worked as a web developer of healthcare systems for IBM Watson Health. In this capacity, he contributed to systems promoting patient reengagement and provider participation in CMS’s pay-for-performance system (PQRS).

Most recently, Chuck served as a staff attorney on the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas. During that time, Chuck worked on appeals and original proceedings involving statutory interpretation, jurisdictional disputes, commercial contracts, fee disputes, and arbitration. As one who enjoys creative legal arguments, managed care litigation provides the perfect venue for Chuck’s appellate skills.
